Responsible AI Gameplay
Programme Highlights
As AI becomes part of everyday life, Yishun Secondary School partnered with DBS to run the Responsible AI Gameplay Programme for all Secondary 2 students, held over two sessions on 29 June and 20 July 2026.
Working in teams, students took part in game-based challenges covering deepfakes, AI-generated content, misinformation and scams, and learnt to apply the SURE framework to evaluate information before trusting or sharing it. The hands-on format encouraged collaboration and critical thinking, going beyond a typical classroom lesson.
The second session was graced by Ms Goh Hanyan, Senior Parliamentary Secretary (MCCY & MSE), along with representatives from DBS, NCS, Cisco ASEAN and Google Cloud Singapore, who interacted with students and saw the programme in action.
Students found the activities engaging and relevant, particularly the deepfake and AI-photo challenges, and left with a clearer sense of how to verify information responsibly.

Through this partnership, Yishun Secondary School continues to build students' AI literacy and digital readiness as responsible, future-ready learners.
