The MOE Service Excellence Award (MSEA) recognises MOE staff who
are passionate in their service delivery,
are consistent in serving internal and external customers with C.A.R.E (Collaborate, Anticipate, Reach Out, Empathise), and
inspire their colleagues to do likewise
